Brought my car in for an alignment, guy was nice however told me they couldn’t do the job as the tie rods and control arms were too rusted and may break, wanted to charge me $1250 to replace everything. Went to TWO different mechanics and both advised me the tie rods and control arms were a bit rusted but in no way do they need to be replaced and proceeded to do the alignment for me with no issues. I don’t know if this is just lack of knowledge from Mariposa or just trying to swindle me $1250 but either way this is unacceptable. I am just trying to find an honest and reliable mechanic but that seems like it’s not something that is done anymore!

Found a nail in my tire Wednesday, took it to Mariposa Auto Thursday morning, and had a shipped in replacement installed Friday afternoon. Couldn't ask for finer service.McKenzie, Dave, and the other staff efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Brought my car in to take a look at the broken Air Conditioning, after already spending $1200 dollars there to get it fixed 14 months ago. Of course it was a new part broken that was not covered under the warranty for that repair.. Made an appointment for 10 days later. Upon dropping the car off, I get a call half hour later stating the part never came in on time. Would have been nice to know before coming into town and dropping it off. Finally get it fixed 3 days later and the following the day the car is once again not blowing cold air. Waste of time and money. They are either understaffed or are taking on more work than they can handle because it was completely disorganized. Will not be returning.
