First of all I can't thank them enough for the effort they put in to repair our transmission. The service at Northern transmission is fantastic and the technicians have the ability to diagnose problems with ease. The owner explained what the cause was and how it should be repaired along with a solid description of how the failure occurred. Our new to us Ram 1500 was repaired just in time to salvage our holidays; they really did go to bat for us and help us out!
Based on my experience they have sound knowledge combined with an excellent diagnostic/ troubleshooting background to repair your vehicle with ease. Two thumbs up recommendation for Northern Transmission; highly recommended.šš

Went here for repairs and they forgot to put the bolts back into the motor mount !!! Told me it was all done so I paid and drove off, Would have destroyed my engine if I didnt notice it immediately.

Talked to them Monday, had my truck in Tuesday, returned Thursday. Full rebuild on my ā14 Silverado 1500. Truck feels better than it ever has. Definitely shifts better than it ever has before. Iād recommend them to anyone. Awesome work.

Anticipated considering it's a 64 Muncie which was not easy to get parts for. Truly appreciate Steve and all the staff. I would and will 100% recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. They've got a customer for life here. So thankful I found them and they were able to rebuild saving me thousands on finding another one. Thanks again guys!!
