Incredible service! I drove two hours to see these guys after wasting my time for a year trying to get people to fix a boat nobody else would touch. After many wrong diagnosis, these guys nailed it. They were honest, straightforward and the boat runs even better than it did before. Thank you Cole and Heath.

I broke my prop on Saturday. Steve came out Monday and took a look. I had a repaired prop, and a new prop on the boat by Thursday morning. Fast, great service, and fair prices.I also had them store boat all winter, and get it ready for spring. Everything went as expected and the cost was fair.I highly recommend OCS.

Had the crank and balance shaft rebuilt for my sled. Barely got 20hrs of use out of the engine before the gears they installed lost teeth and locked up the motor. When I called about the deficiency I was met with the out of warranty excuse. There is no recourse when they use Fisher-Price parts. It’s a shame that nearly 2K gets you nothing in customer support. Buyer beware

Thrilled to finally have our boat on the water! After a few weeks and not being sure what we were dealing with Heith, Dawn, John and Chris got the job done and we couldn’t be happier !! Chris and Johnny went above and beyond to explain to us what had been done, how and why. We will be back.

Purchased a boat that was maintained by OCS.. small block ford had spark plugs for a small block chevy. Inboard shaft coupling was installed improperly by them causing expensive propeller damage. Extensive other issues with boat due to improper maintenance. I am a mechanic, I would not trust this shop with a lawnmower.

We took our Donzi to O.C.S. for service as it was under performing, heavy vibration at take off and difficulty getting on plane. Heath was helpful with the diagnosis and water testing when our usual marina wouldn’t address the concern. The repairs took longer than expected, but we wanted the job done right. To his defence it was a very busy time of year when we brought the boat in.The boat is perfect and we are happy with the performance, it now planes well and is good for pulling people on the tube.We would recommend OCS for marine repairs.

I had OCS rebuild a crankshaft from an old 91 Polaris Indy Trail 488 fanner! It had smoked a rod bearing on the stator side of the engine. I also had OCS bore the cylinders out .060 oversize. The crankshaft was a work of art!!I finally rebuilt the engine and it runs fantastic!Well done guys!!Tim

100HP Evinrude. Asked for a complete rebuild. They said if crank was OK would be $4500. Needed it back in 3-4 weeks for a job. So motor was late. I needed to rent a boat for my job for a week. Extra cost to me. Boat was missing the battery, they told me my old one wasn’t any good. Battery was less than 12 months old, they couldn’t find my old battery. So I bought a “new” maintenance free from them. Extra $160. Apparently the stator wasn’t any good, they replaced it, extra $500. Paid bill of about $5200 plus tax. Old oil injection was removed, but the oil tank and all hoses were still on the motor and in boat, extra time for me. Built-in Tank was not drained, had to mix 2 stroke fuel now with half full tank of regular fuel. Picked boat up. Noticed that engine cover wouldn’t come off, tangled in wire harness. I had to fix that myself. Launched boat 200 km from OCS, couldn’t start motor. Seemed battery was flat. Changed battery from truck, still wouldn’t start. Pulled boat from lake, drove 25 km to Marina. Had “new” battery and starter checked. Battery was a used one, with about 30%. Needed another battery! Had starter changed. Started engine fine. Drove to lake, launched boat, worked fine. After all that and about 50 hours of use in the last 2 years motor runs fine.Draw your own conclusions.

Brought in a bad crank and Chris looked after me. He had the crank rebuilt with a very short turn around. Also bought a cylinder from them quick they had in stock. Only reason they got 4 stars is because the cylinder had to go back to cv tech for a plating warranty issue and it took a while but that's more on cvtech and the shipping than ocs. If you have a 2 stroke with a bad crank, come and see these guys.

Id give a zero star if i could. Save your money and take your sled motor some where els.. 3 sleds and never really had good luck....last one was the worst. 3 rides and motor blew. And not just me another friend of mine payed for the polaris fit kit and got one winter out of it. Mine as well open up the trash can and throw your money in it....
