horrible place to deal with. ordered a part 2 weeks later they still have not shipped it. tried calling to find out what is going on and no one will talk to you or return any calls. if you dont want to sell parts just say so.

Earlier this week my son and I broke down just up the road from Orillia Auto and Truck and they stopped to help and gave us the coolant we needed to get home, for free. What a truly thoughtful and kind random act of kindness. I will definitely use their services when needed. Thank you Bruce and Jamie! ❤️❤️

I have a 12 year old car whose Navi system broke down on me leaving me without any controls of the technology it comes with. Dealer quoted oem cost for the part alone was above 5K before the tax. I was either to drive the car without tech or replace the vehicle since spending 5K was a no go for the age of the car. For this particular case aftermarket wasn’t an option either since they sometimes work. Sometimes don’t. Orillia recyclers came to rescue. Got the part shipped and installed here locally for a tiny fraction of the cost quoted for oem. Communication, fair price, shipping all went great. It was basically a plug and play solution for me. I am a happy driver back on the road. Thanks guys there at Orillia. Of course people looking for parts have to be lucky to find their match when shopping in the scrapyard market. But if you do I recommend this place.

I bought expensive engine from them, paid the mechanic 4K for installation. After we found that the engine is not good (noise & smoke) and wasn’t tested right.I lost 10k because of them…I will not recommend doing business with them .

First and last time trying this junkyard. Monday I called to order, not just to get a quote, but called to order a rim for a client. Was told it was still on the vehicle and that they needed to take it off, the girl said she would call me back once its off to take payment so they can send it. Wednesday I called back in morning, to inquire the status, they said the girl wasn't in until 10h30, that he would leave a note for her to call back. Mid afternoon I called back, they put me on hold because the girl I was dealing with was on another line, waited 15 minutes then someone else picked up the phone, I said I can't keep waiting can I not just deal with you, he said sure, I hear they're phone ring, he says hold on a second, puts me on hold, waited two more minutes and hung up. It is now Friday evening and still not heard from them.Horrible customer service, I will no longer waste my time trying them again.

Do not spend a dollar at this place! ALL parts here are unknown condition and AS IS. Not worth the RISK especially when buying used partsI ordered an engine which they noted was inspected and ran well.After installing it in my car the engine is making VERY LOUD NOISE. I notified them right away and was told by the manager "its a used engine, its AS IS, we cannot control what happens, good bye!...The manager was very disrespectful and is impossible to talk to... He will say what he has to say and rush to hang up the phone...I am stuck now PAYING TWICE to change my engine. Terrible experience they take 0 responsibilty for their mistakes.I would recommend to call/shop at other scrapyards such asStandard Auto WreckersBodyline Auto RecyclersGTA Auto Recycling and more.They all offer free delivery anywhere you are. They also have larger inventory of parts and include free warranty on everything they sell.

I couldn’t be happier!I was searching for a seat for my sons KIA Sorento who’s leather seat was torn in many areas. I had checked with KIA on the price of the leather seat cushion alone as that’s all I really needed. The cost was $550- plus tax.There’s no way I would ever pay that!I found Orillia Auto and Truck Recyclers where I dealt with a gentleman name Jody.Due to the COVID restrictions there was no way I could physically go out to the yard to look and on top of that I live 90 minutes away.Jody arranged to have the seat removed from the car and have it taken to the front office promising me he’d have a good look first to make sure it met my expectations and call me when it was ready for me to look at.I picked up the entire car seat this morning for $150.-It was mint!!!Thank you...thank you...thank you!!!
