“Being new to Orillia, and finding the Hock Shop just a few minutes away, I browsed a bit my first visit then returned to purchase a Turntable and Blue Tooth Speaker. Although I was told these had been tested to be good, as it turns out the stylis needed replacement. Their receipt said I could return within 30 days for a credit - yet when I came back to explain the problem I was immediately offered a full refund! These guys are personable (a common Orillian trait), the store is interesting to browse through and the atmosphere very laid back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Hock Shop to anyone who likes to browse! (lots of great guitars by the way!) Cheers!!!!”
