“Staff are great and very knowledgeable. Have come in asking about anxiety, overgrooming, and itch relief products and have been recommended good options every time! They dont try to push the expensive products on you, and will find the most affordable options if needed. lots of selection in Performatrin cat food, and every 10th bag is free, which makes up for how pricey the food is”

“Thank you to the staff and volunteers. The place is always clean and welcoming. I would not hesitate to adopt a furry friend. Donations are always welcome. On my recent visit I brought a large amount of used linen but they are always in need of other donations. Check out their Facebook page to see what is needed.”

“Love bring our puppy here for all our animals caregiving needs. From food to toys to training to grooming PetSmart Orillia staff has been supportive in our journey. Our guy loves his spa visits and experience no anxiety or distress. The staff is informative and understanding, takes their time explaining what their advice is and I have never felt as though I am being pressure into overpriced items or up sales. Will definitely continue to use their services and trusting them with our furbaby.”
