Whatever you do DO NOT give them any contact information. They insisted I supply a phone number to be able to get a refund on a product, it felt wrong at the time and now I know why. They or the company sell your info to direct marketing firms, I've received half a dozen spam texts in the 4 days since I made the mistake of giving these people any info, more than I've received in the previous year!!!
