Great store and so happy to finally have one in Orillia. Had both my dogs groomed here and was completely satisfied. They took the time to listen to what my dogs key commands were, discussed cut lengths and treated my dogs with kindness. Happy to have PetSmart in our community

Kira and Kenzie in the grooming salon were amazing yesterday. I have a big dog and really appreciate that they were honest when they said they would try to cut her nails but because she is so big, if they had any problems they recommended we come back when Heather is on shift. They would rather not ruin my dogs experience in the salon for a quick service and that goes along way with us!! Very patient and comforting with my girl on the table and had no problems cutting her nails, they even gave us $5 off the service because one paw was not perfect. We did not have the same great experience at other Petsmarts, thanks for being the best ladies!

I attended the Orillia location recently. The wash station was dirty and hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Clumps of dog hair from numerous dogs is on the floor and in the tubs. The staff are no help. When asked if they had a clean brush they said they don’t supply bushes but I could buy one.
This wasn’t a great experience for me or my dog. I will stick to washing my dog in my shower.

What a joke, 22 dollars for what no one cleaned the bay before we got dog in, multiple dirty brushes and hair lying on the shelf ! generic dog shampoo if that was even what it was.! No dry brush provided! I have used other locations this particular location was discussing! Not to mention not being looked after and chances of contamination from one dog to another.! Not a proper harness to contain dog also contamination.
Not only did the price go up but why bother i could have saved the anxiety and done my dog at home!
If you love your dog don’t go there and save yourself 22 and change

We just had our shepherd in for a "quick wash". It was her first time at a professional doggie spa and she looks gorgeous!!! Heather was wonderful and looked after our dog so well. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I recently moved to Orillia and was looking for a new groomer for my older dog. She had been going to the same groomer for many years and I had concerns about how the appointment would go. All concerns were lifted, she came out happy with a wonderful new haircut! Thank you so much, the groomer were wonderful, we will be returning!

They are ok People but one worker told me to put a 50 wall light bulb. All my frog's tank and two sprays tank down twice a day I tried his scaling. He stopped eating so they are not good on giving advice.

Shoutout to Heather at this PS location. An older lady with two MASSIVE dogs who had just been groomed (looking so spiffy, too) fell in the parking lot. Heather went above and beyond showing kindness helping the poor lady back on her feet and even offering to follow her home to help unload the pups. What a great gal.
