“I was looking for walk in Covid vaccines. Though other big pharmacy has walk in accepted on their website, when we went they said require appointment. I phoned this pharmacy and they were very kind to accommodate the request. The pharmacist was very friendly and administered Covid and flu shots both for our family. I’m very happy with their kind service and help. I’ll definitely come here again and they do have walk in clinic too.”

“Always great service with great staff! I have been using them for years and much prefer small businesses to large corporations. As I just read a couple scathing reviews, try to remember they are people, too. A half hour estimate for a prescription that wasn't ready in the time, may have been due to unforeseen circumstances. They do an excellent job compared to a lot of other pharmacies. This particular one IS one of the friendliest and efficient places in Orillia. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.”

“I'm new to the area so not knowing what to expect I was extremely pleased by the happy smile I received from Sarah in cosmetics who helped me out considerably. Then I needed to go to the pharmacy where again I was pleasantly greeted. There was a smooth syncronisaty in the way the pharmacy team moved about, always maintaining respect for the people waiting cause let's face it, know one wants to be in that area. The store is tidy and easy to shop. I prefer the selfcheck outs so off I went. I have since needed to call in to the pharmacy and have had to be placed on hold but that, for me anyway, is completely understandable. My needs were met and that's all that matters.”
