“Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Marvie about a problem with my payment that I wanted to ensure had been resolved. Marvie was sympathetic and supportive. I had mentioned I am a senior and hard of hearing and she was careful to make sure to speak slowly and clearly so I could understand every word. She not only checked that the issue I called about had been rectified, but looked further into my account and discovered both my email address and telephone number were wrong and corrected them, then read them back to me. Marvie delivered the best customer service I have received in a long time. It reinforced my overall confidence in Make Space- Sundial for my storage needs. If Marvie is short for marvellous she is well and truly named.”
