NEVER BUY HERE EVER !Super excited too get the new talaria sting mx-4 R. Get the go ahead and able to go pick up the bike within 2 days. The bike was already pre assembled and charged up when I got there I was hoping it would be still in the box and I would be able to assemble it myself. None the less that's fine I just hope I'm not charged any hidden fees for something I didn't ask for..$400. All I was told was take the bike nd have a good time with it... That's it no paper work no warranty run down nothing. which is great I took the bike, whatever! I was super excited to ride and the bike is everything I expected for the first few days. I finally put 300kms on my bike and figured I'd do the initial break in gear oil change.( Written in the manual with instructions, super easy for mechanically inclined people to do. So upon removing the drain plug for the first time ever in the bikes lifespan..... I noticed alot of aluminum on the drain plug? Basically Fist oil change and the threads came out with the plug not a good sign but most likely a factory defect on Talaria's end upon manufacturing the bike.... I felt horrible as I know I cannot run my bike with no oil or leaking gear oil because the plug would not tighten back up at all. I was told to bring the bike back to shop so I did. When I arrived I was told most likely it's not covered under warranty because I was tampering with my bike literally first thing said to me after... "what's wrong with it "??I was to bring it in for the oil change apparently, but no one ever told me anything about this. Meanwhile I'm being questioned why I'm doing a break in oil change at 300kms ?...... Long story short the bike was left there. Talaria has a 1 year warranty on all parts that need repaired due to regular maintenance but it has to go through the retailer. I haven't had a good vibe so far about this place, owner tried to make me feel like this was my fault for doing my oil change myself. This shop has many surrons and talaria's available along with so many more awesome Bikes but I do not suggest Association WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL PERIOD FOR ANYONE !!3 week updateOther than talaria having a 2 week part back order sal got my bike in running order and its back working good this far?4 month update WARNING!!NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING DO NOT BUY EVER FROM HERE PERIOD.Drove my bike down to them for warranty inspection to get fixed. 12 month warranty on the suspension keep in mind. TOOK MY BIKE FOR JUST OVER A MONTH AND LITERALLY DID NOTHING OTHER THAN ASK ME IF I WANTED FREE SEALS AND THEN TRIED CHARGING ME WHAT THE SHOCK WAS WORTH TO SERVICE IT. (1.5HR JOB TOPS)$475....YA RIGHT ?I went to get my bike I was fed up completely. I was in touch with talaria had my shocks shipped to ebikezilla and getting fixed under warranty within 24hrs of picking up my bike..... Now it gets good. I figured I'd do my gear oil early since sal fixed it and replaced the cover....my gearbox had maybe 50ish ml put in it (70-90ml is spec) luckily he didn't get my gearbox brand new bike. I'm thinking or starting a lawsuit after discovering this. You think on a 7k product guy charges a $400 assembly fee and it comes basically assembled it's a rip off. I have 3 people that got their Surrons LBX from the same place, and they all say the same thing they regret it.Cost me 5 hours of my time and around $120 in gas drive+another 60 to mail my shock too ebikezilla after the fact. I will never recommend anyone and mentioned to talaria not too work with them as this whole experience has been a joke and I paid for my bike in full. Thanks Sal.Barrie Store is the way to go even tho it's co owned by sal I still wouldn't bother giving them service ever. Hopefully people read this and take my advice sorry if you don't that's on you. My Bike is almost MINT CONDITION. Talaria covered everything under warranty within 24hrs, and will have fork back in a week. I Will post updated pictures of how nice it rea

The guys who own this store are phenomenal. They gifted my son a car to drive around because they always saw me walking with my son and wanted to help (: sooo thoughtful ! I think it’d be an honour to buy from a business who really gives back to their town.

BEWARE!!! Don’t buy anything from this place unless you get your warranty in writing!! The owner of this store will change the warranty to meet his benefit, not you the customer.I bought a battery for my husband’s scooter 10 months ago, (10, 15/22), kept the charge up, stored the battery over the winter…all the proper care for a battery. Now the battery won’t hold a charge. Husband had a stroke and now when it’s really needed…the battery is junk.Called 3 days ago to speak to owner and now 3 days later after no return call, went into the store.Guess what!!! He said battery only has a 6 month warranty….used to be a 12 month warranty, but now it’s only 6 months. Is this because my paperwork says “Warranty as Noted on invoice” but there’s no time limit on my paperwork. ??? Had a verbal from him that warranty was 12 months when I bought…paid over $400…but it’s not in writing. He did offer to do a test on the battery to see if it was faulty, and would MAYBE give me a discount on a new one.DO YOU THINK I WOULD BUY FROM HIM AGAIN?
