When I visited their Orillia location they told me at the point of sale that the cellphone case I was attempting to buy was going to cost more money because the displayed sale price was incorrect. When the employee at the register contacted the manager I was told they would not honour the indicated display price. This was a surprise as I have never encountered a business in Ontario that hasn't upheld and strictly abided by our consumer protection laws in this province. Hopefully they read this review, modify their business practices and I am forever alone in this experience going forward. I highly recommend that if you buy from this location please carefully cross reference the prices they show online, in store, and on your final receipt.(Review edited for better clarification and +1 star increase)

The worst place for customer service and phone plan information. Staff are not trained and do not know their products. They referred to phone care centre which do not help. Very BAD service. Refuse to continue with such BAD service
