Would give it 10 stars if possible. The people were extremely professional, kind and helpful as well. If you’re looking for a place to get things done in a timely manner and want to find the best help while you’re there, this is the store for you. They offer other services on top of UPS delivery/drop off.

Store manager Kevin did an amazing job with my signs. I would highly recommend not only for cost but for how quickly he got them done. Five-star quality. I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that Kevin provided. The signs were exactly what I was looking for and were completed in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning to Kevin for any future signage needs. Thank you for your excellent work!

Was given this location as a place that will do infant passport photos. Their website also displays this but I was told no. The ladies working inside were incredible rude and unhelpful.
Staples told me this was the location to do this. So don’t listen to that.

This company is useless. The online portal for paying fees tells me my credit card numbers are wrong when theyre not. I called to get it taken care of and after waiting about two hrs pissing about on their exasperatingly useless site i found out they cant process payments on the phone. As well anything you try to access through the site requires sign on and verification that is also ineffective taking you on a tour of all there unorganized infrastructure. And they charged 60+ dollars more than the place i ordered it. That place refunded my whole order because they were fed up with ups and will mo longer be delivering to canada. Save your money and more importantly your time. Dont do business with these losers.

The team at the orillia ups store were so kind in helping me send my package overseas. Not only did they take the time to help me see if I could send certain items, they also spent time after they closed to ensure I could send it! I rushed after work to get to them in time and they did it all with a smile on their faces.

Horrible service,went to make a return, had printed a label at home with my printer but had no packing tape ,but got there and the lady said there would be a charge if she puts a label on lol even in the pas Canada Post has given me tape but good thing the clear envelope label was on the side and I did not need tape , so UPS in Orillia has a shortage of tape and say if they give tape its them putting the package together, lol my return was packed in a return box just need help with the label . please take tape or go to the street across at the dollarrama for tape.
