The staff went above and beyond in helping us find Fire Logs. She took it upon herself to load them unto a cart and find us! Very kind

Very bad lighting, or I should say no lighting. Also all sort of shadows on face, chin and neck. That said, the employees were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately that wouldn’t help with the quality of the photo.

Happy that they had so many photo printing stations available here. Setup was way more user friendly than the one at Staples. Everyone seemed to be taking forever at each of the photo printing stations, as there were so many different options available and whatnot. At the end of my photo print-out, the receipt that printed that I was to take to the electronics section to pay was pretty hard to read and bunched up by the machine that printed it, but at least it did mention the number of photos printed. The electronics staff didn't have envelopes available for different paper sizes for other customers, but they did have some left for the 4x6 photos I had printed which was nice.I was also rather put-off from going to a WalMart photo printing location after I had an extremely negative experience at one of the Barrie WalMart locations' photo centre close to closing time, but was pleasantly surprised with this one as it had way more printing stations, numerous media reading options (memory card readers, USB cables, connecting via WiFi direct/Bluetooth, etc.). I didn't realize it even had a micro SD slot until I was basically done, as my SD adaptor fell apart and wasn't getting read, but I managed to place my wife's digital camera's memory card in my cell phone and got the photos she wanted transferred via WiFi direct very quickly. Also being able to crop and adjust photos before printing them was nice (this was missing at Staples, where we eventually gave up and left after we were having so much troubles). The photos were 60 cents per tax per 4x6 photo, which I found to be a bit pricey. It is cheaper if you order them from their website but then they would be ready next day. Staples was also cheaper, but again you get what you pay for ?

I went in to get passport photos taken; they were taken on a basic digital camera without regard to shadow, or angle of camera, and so I was left with an upward-facing photo with a shadow under my chin, which is generally unacceptable for passport quality photos. As well, the computer that is used to process the photos crashed and I had to wait almost an hour for the finished product. Although the staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait, they were unable to provide an adequate product and I will definitely not use Walmart photo centre again.
