Was checking out at self checkout yesterday with 400$ worth of groceries and basically got accused of stealing an item i didnt even have in my cart. self checkout associate came over when it wouldnt let me pay for some reason, proceeded to scroll through everything i scanned multiple times and asking about steak that was unscanned meanwhile i never had any steak in the first place. if im going to pay 400$ for food im not going to steal one item. lady told me id beep at the door, did i? no. unprofessional to accuse a paying customer of stealing an item i never had.

Worse store ever. I'm handicap and has scooter to run around store to get what was needed as store was closing I was stopped and asked to remove my items and leave. I struggle with walking I had to wait out in the cold with my goods on the side walk for someone to help assist me to my car. Store people wouldn't help nor did they even let me find help first. Man sure got some choice words from me.

Honestly a terrible store. Only ever one cash open. Only one self checkout section open with constant problems. The staff are terrible and not helpful. I would avoid this store at all costs. Self checkout was closed due to technical difficulties and still only had one till open with a bunch of people standing in the customer service area not doing anything to help.

I really do not appreciate the disrespect my wife got from walmart associate. My wife is disabled and was in a power scooterShe was trying to buy Halloween decorations and when she asked when was the new stock coming in the associate said to my wife she should have come in sooner and not wait till welfare day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you apply they don't even bother getting back to you! They make you run late so your spouse is outside waiting for you when they're done from a long hell day at work and all they care about is there stupid job. They have "rush" days which is bull by the way, and they don't care if you rely on busses and don't drive! they expect you to be there at 6am when the stupid store doesn't open until 7!!! DO NOT WORK HERE NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

Only 8 self check out were open. It was lined up ahead of us and behind us to produce. Then they called for assistance and opened the other lanes. If only offering self checkout have the whole area open so we can get in and out.

You need to teach your cashier how to do gift receipts not a individual regoft receipt for each item but a gift receipt for the tree items I purchased. She gave me a gift receipt for each item. This was at customer service whom should have known better but the cashier's did not know how to do one

This Walmart is quite different than any others. Does not live up to the expectations of respecting customers. Went to self checkout scanned a bunch of items set the ground beef down as my husband said it was too much so I went on to continue to scan.“Renee” with no Walmart outfit loudly yells from the front of the section “sir you did not scan that I watched you”I said “pardon me”She yells the “ground beef.”I said “I know” and continued as it was starting to draw attention. She walks over leaning over my cart, she said “you’re not stealing infront of me.”I was shocked I told her “I didn’t want to scan it yet” she said well you’re gonna scan it and stood there staring at me. Others started to look. I felt my face turn red. I was so embarrassed! Everyone stared at me like I was stealing I had no choice but to then scan it and buy it. When I didn’t want to. The lady was so rude and made me feel so embarrassed I own a business in the area and a lot of people know me and I did not want to look up to see who saw or recognized me.I left almost in tears thanks to this woman assuming I’m stealing and loudly making that assumption known to everyone else there.Will not shop here anymore, thanks Renee!!

I was shopping for a family of 4 that lost everything to a fire. It was over $400 and I asked for help at the self check out. So much stuff! Avery stayed with me we scanned and packed and then she loaded my cart! Sweet happy helping. I would have been lost without her. Then Ryan collecting carts in 28 degree heat helped me load my car instantly. Very mannerful and nice. This was a monumental task and these two employees were exemplary!!I am one happy customer thank you

Closed all staffed checkouts so you can only use self checkout, the only place anyone was available to help anyone was the electronics aisle. Clearly not the staffs fault it’s easy to tell no one is even there who can do it because the company doesn’t care. They will when they can’t even keep enough to keep the doors open

Over the last year, I've noticed quite a bit of questionable behaviour from the staff. I started wondering if there were morale issues. Today I was spoken to very rudely by a staff member named Tanya, who made it abundantly clear she was enjoying being abusive. When I complained to the front house supervisor, while not rude about it, she couldn't have cared less. Time to try Food Basics and No Frills. I'm,m not going anywhere where I'm treated so badly

Grocery pickup is horrible! Nobody ever answers the phone. It took my husband 20mins before someone answered. They need to get their s*** together because this has happened on multiple occasions!When they weren’t answering the grocery pickup line I started calling the store and same thing!! Nobody answers the phone. This has needs to be rectified Walmart!

I gave it two stars because I got what I wanted. Here is where it tips off…. I waited 20 mins after being the only person in the pickup waiting spot. When I received my items, I noticed what looked like a blood stained thumb print on the back on the controller package. I don’t think that is sanitary and I am no longer using the pickup service again.

Be careful everyone I had a horrible experience last my friends and I went there! As my friend and I where looking for our other buddy that wandered off, An angry lady came out of the back room very aggressively saying (Did you just try to get back here and open the door) we sed excuse me no we weren’t even near it. She then proceeded to give us the stare down and angrily sed (you better not have). In a very aggressive awkward manner then proceeded to stare at us as we looked around for our friend. I hope they read this comment and look up the moment on camera then talk to the employee who berated us. I don’t think it’s proper for anyone, let alone a member of the staff to be aggressive towards a customer. Even if there having a bad day it dose not justify attacking a customer for something that they did not do!
