If you don’t like helping people, you shouldn’t work in customer service. I have recently experienced some of the worst service I’ve ever had looking for clothes. It is COMPLETELY unacceptable! Staff was rude and management was useless. I have spoken to other people who’ve been to this particular winners and have had similar experiences. AVOID THIS WINNERS AT ALL COST! It’s worth it to take a 30 minute drive to the winners in Barrie. Management is doing nothing to help the customer service. It’s a horrible atmosphere. Me, as many others will not come back. Do better. Corporate will here about this.

Worst winners in canada management should get fired clossing dressing rooms telling me it's closed because they are short staff and I counted at less 8 employees spent 45 min picking clothes for nothing

Always my fav store. Orillia doesn't always have good selections. Have to be there at the right time before it's picked over. Always find cool things on clearance

I walk into the store and Winner's entrance security door alarm Bell is piercing and going off! I tell the cashier and she tells me it's the doorbell going off and I said well doesn't anybody know how to turn it off! She laughs at me!
It makes not want to shop in the store!
Two cashier's working. 12 customers in line waiting for cashier's and dealing with the ANNOYING ALARM going off! They really care about the customer! Sitting in my car writing this and alarm still going off!
