More expensive then others but that's the price for quality products. I also reply on a few of their quality products for two restaurants I'm associated with. We use a minimum of 50 loaves of a rye bread they carry and fresh fruit. Excellent quality and price works for our percentages

Regular shopper here but deli lady just tried to sell me turkey for twice the price! $14 for cold cuts? I was going to walk away so she said she'd give it to me for half off...then I saw that it was already half off

The store has been updated but the quality of meat and produce is sub-par. Zehrs used to be our go to for quality even though we knew we would be paying a premium over so called discount grocers like no frills or food basics. In the past it seemed that no frills would sell the meat and produce deemed too low quality to have on the shelves at Zehrs. This is no longer the case as quality is the same as no frills but you'll pay a lot more. I'm not sure if this is the case in other municipalities but they've really gone downhill here in Orillia . Zehrs has really gone downhill. I suspect that they are re-dating and flipping their often grey coloured cuts of beef and chicken. The last time I purchased chicken wings from Zehrs I opened one of the packages they smelled off and the texture was odd. I contacted the store and the response wasn't one of concern- just said to bring them back. (I don't keep grocery receipts and they said that was fine which is a plus). I no longer trust the"fresh" meats they sell and will no longer purchase at this location.

Friendly staff . Very helpful when needed. Goes thee extra mile for its customers. The hot servers at the deli section are always service satisfaction guaranteed! Love the crispy chicken strips

Like all Zehrs it feels like airport security when you walk in. Expensive groceries and under staffed.
