Such amazing customer service! I haven’t bought jeans in a long time and definitely needed help finding some that would fit me properly. I was helped by Malin and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find not one but a few pairs of jeans that I loved but also other clothing.
Malin took the time to bring me different options and sizes and never once made me feel rushed. She even ordered the sizes that I needed to be shipped directly to my house and personally rang me through the cash to make sure I got everything I needed.

Wanted to exchange my aerie order and the cashier Tishauna (extremely sorry if I spelled it wrong) was super helpful. She helped me figure out different options since the one I wanted wasn’t available and didn’t hesitate to take her time which I appreciated ☺️

I had an absolute meltdown about my favourite jeans ripping as they are the only ones that fit me right. I went into American eagle expecting not to find anything that fit me right. I hate Jean shopping, BUT Nene (idk the spelling) made it an amazing experience. She strived to make it a wonderful experience. She made sure that I felt comfortable and confident in whatever I tried on! She was an absolute pleasure!! Give that girl a raise!!!! I ended up walking out of there with 3 pairs of jeans that make me feel and look amazing!!! All thanks to her!!!!!

What a nightmare of staff! Was there November 26th and the worker there Nicolas was rude beyond belief. Was texting on his phone when I asked for help with sizes he seemed disturbed that I interrupted his texting! Finally comes back with the jeans basically throws them at me. That’s assault with a weapon! Shouldn’t be in customer service! Last review was removed don’t worry I’ll keep posting cause it has happened and people should know! Disgusting!
