Mechanics that put your mind at ease. No cutting corners here. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. It's tough to find a good, reliable mechanic that doesn't take advantage of a situation, but these guys have always exceeded my expectations.

I am very impressed with the quality of work at Bogdan Auto Service. Furthermore, I find the service and the team here quite helpful and pleasant. I started using the service here because I owned a VW Jetta and not many mechanics worked on diesels. I was so impressed, that now I bring my personal vehicles and work fleet here for servicing and modifications. I brought in my BMW for a routine oil change. It was my first time servicing a BMW and I dont know a lot about cars. They charged me $450 and this included a cabin filter change. I asked if this was a standard price for an oil change and they assured me that yes and that BMW service is expensive. After, I spoke to some friends who know a bit more about cars and they told me I got totally ripped off. I could have paid far less at the dealership. I guess I was an easy mark. Won't be going back.

Small shop far surpassing quality and service than any major chain or dealer.They are not part dealers... meaning they actually repair versus replacing whenever possible.

The Best workshop I have visited in Ottawa. Paul is probably the most talented mechanic in Ottawa. If you have a German make car, don't waste money going to dealerships. I got a really complicated engine valve cleaning done on my Porsche Cayenne and I am very happy with the service and prices. A place you can trust with your eyes closed and amazing work done. Have added pictures of my engine valves before & after. Really recommend Paul & Bogdan auto service.

My first time with this garage, and without they meet and exceed a 5 star rating. A fantastic family business.Fixed the power steering, exhaust and brakes of a 2003 Mini Cooper, with ZERO surprises at the end of the day when settling the account.They will have all my auto repair business from now on. I just can't believe I didn't know about them sooner.
