This is the worst CIBC Branch ever. My wife and I have been a client of this branch for the past 7 years. The recent experience has been a nightmare. with MS. HAJJAR the branch Manager. She is bias and does not care about any client. We have been trying to resolve a cheque matter now for 2 days and still the Branch Manager as not called us back in regards to the time sensitive situation. We have called them over 10 times, most of the time it goes to voicemail or the lady that answer says she is in a meeting, on call, not at her desk. This is the worst treatment we have received from a Financial Institution. We have contacted the client service team over the phone and spoke to three reps, two managers. They said they have escalated the matter to the branch manager but no resolution. After this experience I will not only close all my accounts and take out all the funds. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay away from this branch and take business to another bank. Check all the rest of the reviews and you will see for yourself. 0/10

I can't believe it is taking 2 months to get a call back in regards to my late father's account. I've left numerous voice-mails and emails to the person dealing with the accounts. I'm glad I don't actually bank here. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend banking here.

Just one person at reception and he does account opening too. So whoever is behind the line has to wait 2-3 hours to get the turn.

On a week day at 11:00 am, I called in to book an appointment - All I got was an answering machine.Although, the machine took my message, but I'd prefer having an option to speak with a person to book an appointment right away rather then having to wait for a call back...

Nice location with lots of parking. Lots of advisors available for financial investment consultation.One of the consultant stays late to start the local hockey teams bank accounts.Never enough human tellers and they are not sufficient knowledgeable to help make informed decisions.

Long wait time and one teller working. Need to have more tellers available through out the day as there were 5 people waiting in the line and it was 3pm.Service usually great from the employees overall.

Only one teller and we are waiting in line. Everyone in their offices trying to ignore the line outside their office doors. Poor customer service!
