This car wash is a complete joke. My monthly subscription has been failing at this Circle K on St-Joseph for days. The worst part is that the car wash looks like it’s working normally — the entrance is not blocked, there’s no sign saying it’s out of service, nothing. So naturally, I scan my pass.
Then the screen says “pass used”, but guess what? The car wash does NOT work. After that, the employee tells me the car wash is out of service. So why the hell is it open and letting people scan their passes?
Now I’ve lost my wash, I’m blocked from using my subscription elsewhere, and I paid for a service I didn’t get. This system is broken and poorly managed.
On top of that, the employee on duty was rude and disrespectful, offering no solution, no accountability, just attitude.
This car wash is trash, the subscription is a rip-off, and customer service here is absolutely awful. Stay away from this location.

I recently visited Tim hortants from Circle K and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered four hot chocolates but only received three, and was charged extra for the missing one. To make matters worse, my friends found something disgusting and unhygienic in her drink. Overall, the service was poor, and it felt like we were being scammed with the billing issues. I hope they improve their attention to detail and cleanliness in the future.

My friend and I went into Circle K to redeem our Rock Paper Prizes reward. After a worker verified that we could redeem the item, we went to scan the code. However, the worker said they didn't have the right item and that we couldn't redeem the reward. I was really upset because we've never had this issue before. The whole time, the worker was yelling at us and being rude.

I have been to this store a lot of times and all I see some of the homeless guys. They dnt buy anything but yes steal a lot. I have seen these guys to struggle with them, tellinh them to return the stolen items. And after watching news yeaterday(Peterborough), I think you guys need to call Police as soon as possible. The community is with you. Keep doing good.

Not all Circle K's are equal. Some are definitely better than others in terms of selection and service. I love this Circle K. Good selection and service is efficient and courteous.This Circle K is attached to an Esso gas station. It also has a car wash. It has a Tim Hortons Express, which is basically just Tim Hortons donuts. It has a mini Froster station, so just 2-4 different flavours. It's pretty well stocked as a convenience store. Prices are comparable to other convenience stores. The location is by a roundabout, so not my favourite, as I don't like roundabouts, lol, but that's the only drawback.
