I came to the store for the first time looking for some boxes, and was greeted by (I assume the manager?) Robbie.What a great experience! He showed me around the store, all of the good sales up, and let me know all about their facility and services. I had no idea how much they did here!I ended up spending way more than I expected, but it was well worth it! This is a highly recommended visit from me.

Staff over the phone was amazing. Was looking to be hired at this location. Manager helped me send my info to the right people. Let's hope I get a call back cause they seem like a great place to work! Fingers crossed!

I would highly recommend Dymon. I used their free movers and truck to declutter my house to put up for sale. The staff was kind, respectful and helpful. To save costs on moving out of the house. I hired Dymon to move all the boxes and bins and put in their storage and then movers to move all the big ifurnitre This saved me a lot of money to split my move over 2 days and was less stressful for me anyway. I am very impressed with their company.

Dymon storage used to be more secure. A few years ago, they removed the elevator security code so now, anyone can get in an elevator and access any floor.On top of that, prices increase every January without any notice whatsoever.It used to be the best and most secure storage around but now you can find same or better prices elsewhere.

Mitch gave me an amazing service at the Innes,Orléans location. He's always very nice and calm and so helpful. He should be a coach for others in customers services. These days it is so rare to get a good service but Mitch has a WOW from me.

The photos aren’t the worst part of my recent experience.I was going into Dymon to grab something I was planning on exchanging later tonight. When I get there, without being notified I find a locked unit which I cannot access.By all means I did not mean to come across as aggressive but by time I had come to asking the name of the employee I was speaking with, he asked me to leave and apparently saw me as a threat.I asked “Frank” what his last name was as we where having issues and I wanted to speak with his employer. He said something akin to we don’t give those out. I mentioned that the last names are on every employees card and ask for his card. Frank then follows me to my car after I am told I am seen as a threat..My issues that I was bringing up and asking about where many sure but I thought valid and reasonable. Why should I be paying for a unit when the unit is promised to be safe and secure or something similar. If I pay for the balance owed would I be able to get it back due to said security issue.. much less If my items had been stolen. Frank seemed to think that my items where all replaceable.. I mentioned artwork is one example of a not replaceable thing and I don’t think he took that too well…Had a terrible experience and hope to be in contact with the appropriate support team soon.
