I purchased a sundress as a gift for my wife and the small fits like a medium. They refused all exchange or refund and can’t even change for a smaller size. The head office was kind enough to give me a refund but if you’re not 100% sure of your size know that it’s final sale on most items at full price.

l bought a few items including a dress, I wasn’t told was final sale. Brought back several of the items I purchased as nothing fit as nicely despite trying it on in store. No problems. When trying to make the return of the dress, the associate and supervisor just kept telling me their “store policy” was that all dresses were final sale. (Again not mentioned previously, not written on the receipt or anywhere in store. Also what store doesn’t accept a return on an unworn full price item?) Really disappointed I couldn’t even get store credit as there were some items I was able to keep and sure I could find others. Would’ve love’d to find something else nice instead I’m stuck with a 50$ dress that doesn’t fit :(

This clothing store within Place D'Orleans Mall used to be my favorite clothing store but the past few years the customer service has gone downhill. I've entered several times this past year and on many occasions wasn't approached or offered help despite being the only customer in the store and being there for more than 5 minutes picking out clothing. The times I was approached they never had a smile.Also dresses and jumpsuits are final sale which is inconvenient if you need to change a size.

Customer service Non-existent. I purchased a dress there. Looked good in store, went home realized top of dress didn't fall right. Went to exchange and was told "ALL DRESSES" are "FINAL SALE". Why "because they don't trust their customers won't wear them and then bring them back for exchange."WOW" how rude. Was totally obvious that the dress was never worn. Will never shop there again. Sad way to treat your customers

NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! Manager called me bad mother , made unprofessional faces to coworker of me my daughter clearly saw her and also spoke to my child unprofessional way. She was Very unprofessional, tried to speak nicely to her she made scene speaking over me, louder and louder trying to embarrass me for my child being little impatient while my daughter was trying dresses. Ask to get Information higher up she wouldn’t help and said I am highest here I am manager here. She uses her power to speak down to customer, insult them!this is clearly not the first time and the owner continues to have her in position to have clients not come back! I wasn’t embarrassed he’s a child however my child left mall crying and she ruined the dress shopping for grad dress for my daughter and I !Owner needs to get a new manger there the reviews are full of manager being rude ect…

Jacqueline the Manager was completely unprofessional and aggressive with me. I bought a top Friday night, when I got home I noticed a mark on it. Went in today and just asked to exchange for a new one. They did not have the same top. I offered to buy a more expensive one and pay the difference. She told me she could NOT help me, told me to leave her store and have a good day approx 3 times. Raised her voice and dismissed me. When I bought the top on Friday, I witnessed her treating her new staff with disregard and rudeness. I now see that is how she treats all people and I am sad that customer service has come to such verbal abuse. This manager should be taught how to treat people and be kind to others.

Went to exchange a shirt my wife received as a Christmas gift. We had the receipt and the shirt had it's tags still on. The shirt was purchased Nov 26 and we tried to return it Jan 2. We were told it was out of the return policy even though the return policy online stated any items purchased after Nov 1 can be returned in store up to Jan 8. We were told they still wouldn't exchange it. Brutal customer service. Will not be shopping there ever again.
