Service is only as quick as the number of people in line. The agent was knowledgeable and productive. There was a customer who had packages for UPS and the agent let them know where the closest UPS store is and how to get there. Now that’s excellent customer service!

Being the only review, I feel responsible in confirming that YES this FedEx exists, it’s inside the Staples on the right side, and YES you can return shipments from this ShipCenter. Cheers!
