We enjoy the 1 stop pharmaceutical shopping and personalized services offered by their pharmacist. We switched pharmacists over a year ago and have no regrets.
Whether picking up a prescription, receiving advice or vaccines, service is always quick. No more worries about us having to contact our doctors for prescriptions with no repeats as their pharmacist is proactive and keeps current and seeks out renewals before we even realize they are needed. You won't be disappointed if you use this business.

Best pharmacy in Orleans! I moved all mine and my 4 children prescriptions to Forest Valley. The owner Nermin is just FANTASTIC!!! She knows everyone of her clients by their names and recognizes us by our voice when we call. She welcomes her clients with a smile and treats us with utmost respect, professionalism while providing us with top notch personalised service. I highly recommend Nermin and her amazing staff! They are also bilingual and go out of their way to help and provide great service! In a nutchell, Nermin CARES for us as if we were family and we are not just a number! I wish I could give her 10 stars!

Highly Recommend if you’re looking for the best pharmacy! They provide outstanding customer service, they are very knowledgeable and will go beyond to meet your expectations. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I transferred my entire family over and can’t recommend it enough to friends and family! Transferring was such a breeze just access the website and fill out the form and they handled the rest. :)

I'm so glad my family moved to Forest Valley Pharmacy. Everyone there is so friendly and they have the most amazing customer service. Prescriptions are ready incredibly fast and they are super knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier.

A very loving and a great pharmacist. Very quick services and medication delivery is always on time. I have been a patient at this pharmacy since 2021 and do not wish to move my file anywhere, because I know I will not find such exceptional treatment from a pharmacist like Nermin.

My husband and I decided to switch to Forest Valley Pharmacy a couple of years ago. Nermin and all the staff there are friendly, polite, personable and always very attentive and respectful to both of us which wasn’t always the case at our previous pharmacy. We are so glad we made the change to this local independent and I highly recommend Forest Valley Pharmacy to anyone looking for the same type of service.

I highly recommend this pharmacy! The best pharmacist I’ve ever had! She’s attentive to details, caring and super efficient! She even came to my home to discuss, explain and give advice with the medications! Unbelievable!
