We love Global pet foods. It's obviously a pet friendly, clean, and stocked store. We enjoy the points program for theAcana food we purchase. Not sure if it applies to other brands, though.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff, friendly and always take the time to help. They always greet my large breed dog with joy and fondness.Changing foods for my dog and my cats was much easier with the staff here to help- I am grateful for all the help through the years and cat and dog lifetimes.Such a great selection of dog food and cat food, the best I’ve seen of high quality foods anywhere.Customer for life!

We started buying our dogs food here. Great service every time we come in. Big bright store and fully stocked on great treats and toys for our puppy. Highly recommend.

From my experience with the different locations, this one is always well stocked! It is bigger than some of the other locations. The staff are friendly.

Help me find food for my cat who is allergic to chicken. It seem a common allergen for cats and dogs from what I heard from this sale represent. I explained to her that the vet told me to feed him food without any chicken product (even chicken meal and fat), turkey or duck. She should us some food that contained none of those products. Both of my cats love it as I went to get more. Thank you for your help.

We came to the store today to get food for our dog since we ran out, it was about 4:45 and we were in a hurry since the store closes at 5 on Sundays and when we came up to the store the door was being locked and they told us “sorry the cashes are closed” which is ridiculous since the store closes at 5 so shouldn’t you guys follow your own hours? Probably not a good idea losing out on sales due to staff being lazy and wanting to close early.

I went in to buy 2 cases of dog food. The sales person told me that I was eligible to receive a free can and proceeded to scan 1 free, and 11 to pay for. It resulted in me paying slightly more for the 12 cans. I pointed this out to the salesperson, who told me to take it up with the manager upon her return. I later told the manager and her reply was "well you should have..." Really the client should tell the sales person how to ring up a sale?

Manager Jen is very rude she told me I have no common sense. I bought a toy from this store for my dog. I realised dog already had this toy so went for return but I was told that I cant return the toy as dog was carring the toy whole time during my visit in store. When I was in store why did employee never told me that dog shouldn't be carring the toy.Talk to manager Jen she told me I am rude and I have no common sense. Manager Jen needs to learn how to talk to the customer and respect there customer . I asked if i can talk to somebody above her and keep asking why cant I talk to her. I gave her chance after telling that I am rude and I have no common sense. She could resolve the issue so I asked to talk to somebody above her. She said she is the decission maker but after asking that I need to talk to somebody else she advice me she will show the vedio to owner and if the store owner decided to call me I will get the call from the owner I was left with no 9nformation . Now I am stuck with toy but it's not about toy it's about the ethics. Return policy says toy should be in good shape ( which it is in ) I should have receipt ( which I have) toy shouldn't be destroyed and it's not. Toy should have tag on ( which I do have). So many people take toy home , dog might play with it and they return it and there is no problem in that?
