5/5 stars! My girlfriend and I were in the market for a Ford F-150. We went to multiple Ford dealers in our area. However out of all of them Jim Keay Ford was hands down the best one we went too and definitely stands out from the rest in customer service. Ben was our salesman. After telling Ben we’ve never owned a Ford and aren’t familiar with the brand and what the vehicle can offer us, He went out of his way and gave us a complete tour of the truck. All questions I had about the vehicle Ben was there to answer. From our experience with Ben, you can really tell he cares about the customers and cares about finding the right product to match their needs. The financing team was awesome and really easy to work with and Jim Keay Ford Was able to get me top dollar for my trade.
To Ben and the Staff at Jim Keay Ford thank you for making the experience easy and seamless and will definitely be repeat customers in the future for any vehicle needs!

I just bought my new transit van from Chris at Ford and couldn’t be happier. It’s exactly what I wanted. It was delivered when he said it would be delivered and it was clean and beautiful. We were looking for a smaller "truck" to replace our aging vehicle. Our representative at Jim Keay Ford, Hiba, took the time to assess our needs and help us find the vehicle we were seeking. It's early days but so far, so good. We are pleased with the sales service and the vehicle thus far!

From the moment we first walked through the door at Jim Keay Ford we were greeted with a smile and treated with respect.
Ben was our appointed sales person. Ben took us through the entire buying process one step at a time. He was enthusiastic and was well-informed. He responded to our questions with honesty, making us feel comfortable.
His after sales support was exemplary. He took the time to explain the features of our vehicle, until he was certain we understood.
Together with his warming personality, enthusiasm and vehicle knowledge, Ben is to be commended for the outstanding service he provided us. Thank you Ben. He surely is an asset to Jim Keay Ford.

Everyone at the dealership was professional and helpful. Jim Keay Ford has made my recent purchase the most seamless and enjoyable experience! From beginning to end, everyone I dealt with was welcoming and helpful. My expert product specialist Othmane was simply the best! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was genuinely kind and patient, making sure to understand what type of vehicle I needed, answering every single question I had and fully explaining everything!!! Adrian in financing was also very helpful and kind, and took the time to explain all of my options and make sure I felt comfortable with my choices. First, out of Province Inspections are abused by dealerships to write their own bills and charge customers as much as possible. Second, when I brought my truck in for the inspections, the Service Advisor had the nerve to tell me that I need a new cabin air filter because mine was dirty which was not apart of the inspection. I told the Service Advisor that my truck does not have a cabin air filter in it and he said, well that’s what the mechanic said. So I asked, what else on the inspection did he making up to get more money out of me? He said they go through a checklist and that’s what it needs, $3200 in parts and labour. I said, no thanks and I’ll bring it somewhere else. The Service Advisor told me I can go get it repaired anywhere else and bring it back in 10 days and they can certify it for an additional half of the price of the original inspection price. I also declined that ridiculous money grab for Jim Keay Ford. I will never buy a truck there, I will never get my truck repaired there and will deter anyone from doing business there.

I wish I could leave this dealership a 0 star review. Salesman just stopped responding, after asking if it would be a cash deal and I responded with financial term. An internet assistant followed asking if I received what I need, I informed them of the status. Next day the same salesman contacts me, asks for me to provide him with other quotes so he can beat them. I responded with I’m not doing that send me your best prices and I’ll see if you’re in the running for my business. Ghost town again. I would 1000% recommend going to any other ford dealer in the city !!!

Recently purchased a Ford Bronco from here off of AutoTrader and the entire transaction was flawless. Received messages back very quickly from them after I reached out about the vehicle. The pricing on the app was showing up as a different price then what they had listed it for on their end,, and they were gracious enough to come to a deal and honour the price I viewed it for. Great experience with this company and the car is wonderful:)!! Definitely recommend
