I chose Luxe Auto lounge for rust protection of my SUV. They have Rust Chek, a top quality product. I believe they are the only ones in Ottawa who offer it. Kyle, the owner took the time to answer my questions, and I felt comfortable bringing my SUV to him. We had a miss communication on the service. I wrote him an email with my concerns and he called me back first thing the next morning. We made an appointment to look at the vehicle together, he addressed all my concerns and made it right. The customer service, attention to detail and ensuring that customer is happy is important to them. I felt heard and was very happy with the resolution. I'll be bringing my SUV back next year, along with me other car. Thank you Kyle!

A+ Great service so far! I stopped in to Luxe Auto to check out a Tacoma they had up for sale. I was greeted by the lovely front desk staff, who quickly helped me get in contact with the owner Kyle.
Kyle came outside with me and tossed me the keys, he then went back inside and allowed me to check out the truck at my own speed. Not pushy in the slightest, which was very refreshing!
My wife and I are closing on a house currently and Kyle and the Luxe team were extremely understanding, providing guidance and flexibility with pick up date. Not to mention a very competitive used financing rate! When looking at the truck I noticed the tires were a little worn, but before I could even mention it Kyle brought it up and said that a new set of similar tires would be put on before pick up date. The staff at Luxe seem honest and are interested in gaining repeat customers, not just trying to make the most dollars on a single sale. Will definitely be going back to trade in our other vehicle when the time comes!

We bought my wife’s Lexus at this dealership and the service was friendly and amazing. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He even assisted and made some research and calls to have the car registered in Quebec province as the SAAQ was giving us hard times. I would recommend this dealership to anyone as you will have a great experience of a family owned business.

Nailed It!
After my 2011 Lexus gave up the ghost we called Kyle Told him what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. Newer model, low mileage and comfort and a colour we both like.
Within 2 days he found exactly the right car for us! Made it all easy for us and we are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful car!
We have had amazing , friendly service over the years at Luxe Auto. We trust them to give good advice and keep our car maintained. And always with a smile.

I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing a vehicle with luxe auto lounge! From beginning to end I was in great hands, and I would highly recommend working with Kyle and his team if you’re seeking a friendly, knowledgeable and professional car buying experience! I was so impressed by the attention to detail, and exceptional (not to mention fast and attentive) communication I received throughout the car buying process, and I could always rely on Kyle to provide me with any information I may have needed (and it always felt like I was a priority whether communicating by email or phone call) The entire purchasing process was seamless, and I picked up my new-to-me vehicle looking like it was brand new out of the show room! I recently brought my car in to Luxe Auto Lounge to have protective plastic film (ppf) installed on the front bumper of my car. When I picked my vehicle up, I immediately noticed deposits of a white substance on the dash as well as the console which surprisingly had not been cleaned up. When I started the car, I also noticed that someone had gone into my infotainment screen as well as my virtual dash and changed all the settings. They even managed to disconnect the bluetooth connection to my phone. I found the whole thing a little creepy but a clean up and a reset resolved the issues and I thought nothing more of it. Things got creepier when I got home and discovered a pea sized dent on the inside of the passenger door frame, something that might have been caused by the handle on the heat gun used to remove the old ppf coming into hard contact with the door frame. I met with the owner Kyle the next day to bring my concerns to his attention. He was extremely defensive, denying that anyone had changed my settings and refusing to accept the presence of the white deposits (they looked a little like gobs of toothpaste) on the dash and console. He wanted me to believe him instead of what I saw with my own eyes. Incredibly, the dent, according to him, was caused by a mystery person attempting to close the car door on the seetbelt buckle (???) and had nothing to do with him or his staff. He refused to take responsibility for any of it. The whole thing struck me as unprofessional and irresponsible. I won't be going back.
