I never find anyone in the wool department and if,if I do they tell me they know nothing, they after find someone ho does, plus I find it's a expensive store.

I was very pleased this morning because I was having so much difficulties placing a picture and some medals in a shadow box. I went to the Michaels store on Innes rd. In Orleans and was very impressed with her expertise. Her name was Anne and she did a lovely job.

Not overly thrilled- specifically called for an item and asked if it was part of the 50% off coupon deal, was told absolutely and to come in before the store closed. when we purchased it we were told no 50% off- that is very poor customer service. you tell a customer something, you deliver- PERIOD. you don't waste our time, energy and gas! Management needs to take a refresher on customer service!

It's no surprise that I'm a huge fan of any craft store, especially Michael's. This location is big, bright, and filled with possibilities! I find it much more pleasurable to shop at this location compared to the one on Pinecrest - there's more space and the cash system just flows better. I feel like they have a larger variety of items as well. I came in the other day looking for chalk markers and was able to easily find them without a massive hunt or asking for assistance. I always think that's a mark of a well laid out store! If you're a fan of DIY, this place is a must. Before you go be sure to check out their website for coupons - they almost always have awesome deals like 50% off an item or 40% off your total sale. They have a ton of sales on custom framing as well.

This store has the most amazing, helpful, courteous staff ever. All other stores of all kinds should take note of their outstanding customer service. I go out of my way to go to this Michaels location. Well done!
