I had small job to do which many car repair refused to do or told me to wait next few days. They just took care of it without any questions. One tire mounting and balancing. I am very happy to recommend this shop for repair. Friendly staff. It’s not a business, but something more. Personal relationship.

Won’t go back. $1,800 for a brake job. They say they specialize in Toyota but they don’t use genuine parts but charge more than the dealer. I went there thinking I would save money. Found out that Lexus charges $750 per axle for genuine pads and rotors.
May 19 update:
After getting wiper blades and synthetic change my bill was over $2,000 so I did take this into account. How is it you can charge more for cheaper parts? Why did you nickel and dime me for petty shop supplies for $20? This is unreasonable and yes the dealer knew exactly my model. It is $750 per axel for my hybrid. You guys are way overpriced or maybe you just don’t care about repeat business. Wiper inserts are $12 at the dealer and you charged me over $60. Scam!!!

They recently did a $2k job of repairs, different parts related to the suspension system. Few days later I started hearing some banging noises. Came back to see them, after a short ride they concluded that I have an issue with my struts, which would have been another expensive repair. They said I don’t have to repair it soon as it’s not a safety issue.I went to get a second opinion in another garage. I was in and out in 5 min. Turns out a bolt on my new control arm was loose. The noise is gone. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them, who knows what would have happened if the bolt kept getting looser. Bottom line, I’m very disappointed.
