If you want to get served for sure you're better to go find another branch. I've been there for a draft and heard what I thought I would never hear in a Canadian bank branch. So just save your nerves and your time and go to another branch. that's what I am doing. Really sad to have to deal with this low level of service in Canada

Was told that it would take 2 business days to get a loan repayment statement. I needed the amount that would be due on a specific date because thats when the lawyers would have the repayment money. Supervisor said he'd email me a letter in the meantime to give to my lawyer. Never got the letter. Went to the bank 2 days later and they handed me a loan statement that didn't include my most recent payment. It also didn't show the amount that WOULD be due on the repayment date. Was told by the cashier that they don't do repayment statements, then he wrote the wrong amount on a piece of paper, scratched it out when I asked about it, and wrote down the per diem. I guess I'll just do the math for the bank. Very official.So, waited for two business days to be given the wrong document, and the hold over letter never materialized. Then was told that a VERY standard form doesn't exist and had to give my lawyer some chicken scratch on a pad of paper instead.What a joke.

Business hours are not appropriate To do good business. This brings less people To your bank. No need To wonder why your rating is so low.

Went in here 3 weeks ago to change the account my mortgage payment comes out of, there was over 2 weeks before next payment was supposed to come out.... I now have a missed mortgage payment and calling customer service no one National Bank has ever received a request to change the account my payment comes out of. I had a feeling when I was leaving this would happened but I was assued it would be done... thank you to the young gentleman teller who did not do his job and has now cause me to miss a payment

Where is the negative 5 stars option. NBC - No Bloody Cashiers. There must be about 8 plus customers waiting when one single trainee tried to serve as best possible. I waited maybe 45 minutes, and was told to call the number on the back of my card because they can't do anything for me (strange, because my home branch in Toronto could have done something for me if I were there). Now on the phone for another 45 minutes' wait. Not entirely sure the point of a branch. My experience with this branch has never been good, now it makes me want to switch bank entirely.

I'd put zero if I could. Think twice before dealing with National Bank in general and this branch in specific. They tell you they can do something then wait too long to process the request. If policies change they are no longer able to complete the request even if the paperwork was signed ahead of the change. Since everything is handled at the branch National Bank can't do anything.
