An item was incorrectly priced, and I requested to purchase it at the listed price. When I spoke to the manager, she informed me that she couldn’t offer it at the displayed price of $22.99 instead of the actual price of $45, and asked me to leave the item.

I visited Natural Food pantry on Tenth line, and my experience was quite disappointing.
To begin with, the store was poorly organized. Many items were misplaced or lacked proper labeling, making it difficult to find what I needed. The aisles were cluttered with stock carts, making navigation nearly impossible, especially during busy hours.
The refrigerated section wasn’t much better. Several dairy products were past their expiration dates, and some items felt warm to the touch, raising concerns about proper refrigeration practices.
The checkout process was another source of frustration. There were only two cashiers working, resulting in long lines and extended wait times. When I finally reached the cashier, their demeanor was unfriendly and unhelpful, adding to an already negative experience.
What was most disappointing was the lack of assistance when I sought help. I approached an employee to ask about a product, and they seemed disinterested and dismissive. Their response was curt, and they made no effort to assist me further. Good customer service is essential, and this store fell significantly short in this regard.
Overall, my visit to Natural food pantry was highly unsatisfactory. The store’s lack of organization, poor product quality, and inadequate customer service were disappointing. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the shopping experience for future customers

Extremely poor working conditions. Purchased multiple honey and apple crisp oat bars just to find when I arrived at my house that they were expired by 2 months. The manager doesn’t resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. I’d suggest replacing the management team entirely to bring the store back to the bare minimum at least. Very disappointed and will not be shopping there ever again.

First impression: spacious, clean and very well organized. Not sure if their aisles are always going to be spaced out so far or whether they will become narrower once inventory increases (I believe they've only recently opened), but plenty of room to move around this location.Plenty of staff on shift to assist if needed, as well as a great inventory of organic, vegan and gluten-free options (among several other diet-friendly items).Very happy to finally have a location in Orleans!
