I was told to come back into the store to speak to the manager to deal with a problem a normal representative could not help me with. When I entered the store and asked if the man who opened the door was the manager, he just scoffed at me and would not precede to help me in anyway. His customer service was beyond poor, he was rude and completely arrogant. I would reccomend Roger’s finds a new manager unless they want a poor reputation.

We had 0 issue at this location - Rohin and his co-worker working on New Year's Eve (sorry we didn't catch your name) were phenomenal, patient, informative and very helpful. My partner and I switched our plans and had some behind the scene technical difficulties. We went back to the store and they both went above and beyond to help us! Customer service was great and we have been raving about this location and the employees since! :) Thanks guys, happy new year!

After experiencing issues with a new phone ordered online, Alicia and the other employees were able to patiently solve some very complex problems that I hadn't been able to resolve using the customer service line. They solved all of my issues and provided great conversation throughout.

This company will bleed you if they can. They are like desperate dogs, looking for anything they can get. They will go for every little penny they can get and say anything not to address their deceitful practices. They have ZeRO customer service, unless it’s to sign you up to a shady deal.Don't trust the sales people in this company. I would never recommend Rogers as even their managers are trained to be deceitful and very unhelpful.

I have to give a big shout out to the employees that were working here on May 13th.I sadly lost everything in a house fire and they were so kind and understanding, took care of me and was able to get a new SIM card with no hassle. Such kind and professional service, simply amazing, thank you again guys.

Not sure what the point of having a brick and mortar store selling Rogers products and services is if you cannot cancel services or drop off equipment there? Although it's clearly a misguided company policy and not the store employees' fault, it's incredibly frustrating to take the time to gather all the pertinent documents and equipment and schedule time to go to the store, only to be told you can only cancel on the phone.And when you do call, despite the contract saying you do not need a reason to cancel, they will grill you and put you through at least three different departments to convince you to stay. On top of all that, the customer service associate who came to my door added television to the package and charged double what I later found out others in my neighborhood are paying for the same service. And then didn't answer my email or phone call. Online chat agent wouldn't help at all either. Needless to say my two day experience with Rogers was not good!

Stellar service. I lost my SIM card and got it replaced in quite literally 5 minutes. I don’t think I even had to pay anything, I’ll update this review if I see an extra charge, but if not I’m seriously impressed by how easy that was.

After searching all over town for an iPhone mini I finally found one here. I’m sure glad it was here. The customer service provided by Curtis was top notch. His professional approach and more importantly, his patience allowed me to leave with a fully functioning copy of my lost phone. Somehow he even unearthed latent offers that had me spending much less than I expected! Thank you Curtis!

Just returned from an awesome experience at Rogers in Fallingbrook Centre. Brought my daughter in to transfer data from old phone to new phone and Alicia was amazing to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Will visit again in the future. Thanks so much Alicia!
