Brought my mom here for some makeup & skin care products and let’s just say she had a big smile on her face once we were done.We got help from Alexandra, a lovely sales associate at the store who was very accommodating and helpful!She took her time to ask us the right questions to understand what she needed then made a few recommendations, test a few products and she even helped drew my mom’s eyebrow to test how the product looks!Thank you Alexandra!

Sephora is such a beautiful shop. Definite Quality product. The service is next level. Everyone is very attentive and welcoming. It was a pleasure being there for the first time. I will absolutely be back again

Went to Sephora today and not sure what her name was but she was wearing black instead of the red t shirts and she had the worst stank face and gave me the dirtiest up and down I’ve ever seen. I came in for one thing and the whole time I was there she was standing in the same spot just talking to coworkers. I don’t know if she’s in a higher position because of the black dress uniform but she needs to know how to talk to customers

I went today November 18 2023 around 4:30pm and I am kicking myself for not getting the associate’s name. They were tall, maybe around 5’11 might be 6’ I don’t know but curly dark hair and JUST THE MOST HELPFUL good heavens. I came in looking for a peach colour corrector and they brought me to two different products and they were just so knowledgeable and kind. It’s been a few hours and I didn’t get the Charlotte Tillbury one because I wanted to think about it because it is quite expensive for me but honestly I think I’m going to get it anyway. I don’t know your name but thank you and I love you

Had the best experience with the help of Heba. Looking for makeup as a guy could be really challenging but she made it a fun experience being thoughtful, polite & patient. Definitely will be back to this location due to how great, she made the experience!.

I seriously don’t know who does the hiring and training for Sephora staff in stores and for phone customer service but it’s bad. I wish we had more options to purchase makeup but looks like we’re stuck in Canada. For some reason I had a duplicate account in their system , after telling this to the cashier THREE TIMES She somehow managed to still put my purchase under the wrong account. I only noticed when I got home and when I called customer service they told me it was my responsibility to go back to the store and look up the wrong account and give them all of those details because they didn’t have time to look through their systems. I called the store and the manager was a little more helpful but when I asked her to confirm the email on the wrong account she told me she had already closed my profile on her computer and to have a good day ?? damnnnn!!! I get it, retail is tough, I get it.. customers in Orleans are annoying and working during a sale is tough but a why is this level of service the norm for every single Sephora employee.

This is such a mixed review. I drive to the specific location in Innes because we all know how wild the downtown location can be. That said, when I go, I drive pretty far to stock up on my skincare and makeup semi-annually. For those reasons, I happened to spend a lot at once. I was shopping and was so incredibly lucky that Isabelle was taking care of me, making sure I was getting the proper makeup and products that I was looking for.My experience was almost too good to be true. It, of course, had to be ruined at the cash. I had mentioned to the cashier that it was my birthday month (even though usually it’s their job to bring that up), but she was uninterested. Ok, that’s fine. I’ve worked retail before, and it’s not the best place to be. However, she treated me like a$$. While scanning my items, she was STARING at me, at snail's speed, mind you. Almost profiling me, she wasn’t packing my things into bags, so I started putting stuff in my bag. She stopped me and said I needed to get my hands away until I paid. Okay, no problem… but I asked her if I could proceed faster since she was acting like we had an eternity.After she finished scanning, she asked for my ID. Ummm, ok, this was super weird. I asked her why she needed that, and, according to Sephora, for anything over $500, they need your ID.That would be gravy, and I did comply. However, I’ve been shopping with Sephora for a long time and usually spend upwards of $500. Never have I been asked for a government ID. It was super weird. We are very clearly uncomfortable with one another. I had to mention my birthday gift not twice but three times. It was so highly awkward and unpleasant; I felt like she just wanted me to leave and that I had no business there. It makes me sad that my experience was ruined because Isabelle had spent so much time with me explaining the products. I was so happy and excited for all that effort to be ruined.She kept staring at me as though I was going to take things. Even after all the awkwardness, I STILL had to ask for my bday gift and she repeated ‘we only have this thing!’ … I already said twice that it was fine but she kept being extremely apprehensive and making me feel uncomfortable and essentially begging at this point.The sale was over $800, and the cashier was a small-built woman and was rung up on Wednesday, October 11th, around 4 p.m.I only stock up on my hair/skin/makeup once or twice a year, and even though I just came from a dog walk I felt like the cashier treated me like she was beneath me. I’m so freaking uncomfortable and unimpressed!!! I guess next time on my bday spending that amount I should expect to go eff myself, respectfully ?

I walked into to the store today looking for a beauty insider. I was completely ignored on two occasions by the cash staff when I asked for help. Luckily, beauty insider Hunter came to me with a big smile offering to help me. I was truely releived to see someone doing their actual job. I bought Paula's choice vitamin c thanx to his knowledge and expertise. Thank you again Hunter! Not impressed by Trinity Sephora at all.Fatima M.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but the staff act strangely every time, especially the employees at the cash. I’m someone who shops constantly at Sephora and I shop a lot. Since moving to Ottawa I’ve been mostly shopping online because I don’t like to go to this location. It’s like they’ve never seen anyone shopping and handing the app to scan their loyalty card. I don’t have this problem when I go to the ones in Montreal. It’s always super easy and a great experience when I go there.I really hope things improve at this location.

I ended up going home and shopping on line. 3 trips I a row they didn't have most of what my daughter was looking for. Very nice and helpful staff at this location though.

Had a great visit here because of an associate her name was Heba she was very sweet and kind. Extremely knowledgeable on certain products and helped us out with great customer service!!! Hope to have her help me out at future visits!

Heba, a sephora associate made my shopping experience at an ease. She went out of her way giving me recommendations when I was debating between products, she helped me out multiple times at the cash register. She was so friendly and kind, I hope she can assist me at my next visit.
