** WARNING FOR CAKE ORDERS **
Parents beware,
I ordered my sons birthday cake the other day to be picked up today, the day of his birthday. When i ordered the cake i was very specific with what i wanted and what i wanted written on it. Nothing fancy at all and i spelled how my sons name is spelt. When she wrote his name down she spelled it weird on the piece of paper, instead of crossing it out and correcting it she tried to fix how she mispelled it. I specifically said to her PLEASE DONT SPELL HIS NAME WRONG! When I went to pick up the cake THANK GOD I ASKED TO SEE IT!! The frigging name was spelled wrong!! 100% it was her fault and she didn't even want to admit she messed up saying she wasn't the one who decorated the cake. Needless to say I lost my cool. I asked for the manager and she said to me we will fix it give us 15 minutes, okay cool. I walked around the store, calming myself down because I was SO LIVID! Let me tell you, when I walked back over to get the cake there was a SECOND MOTHER WITH THE SAME ISSUE!!! 2 CAKES IN THE SAME DAY BACK TO BACK WITH WRONG SPELLED KIDS NAMES!!! How do you justify/explain this??? Never in my life have I ever seen something like this. I will NEVER order a cake or anything from this Sobeys for the rest of my life. 2 moms had to calm themselves down on the day of their kids parties because 1 cake decorator wrote the kids names wrong and not even a little wrong A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WORD.
If you're thinking of ordering a cake from Sobeys for your child or whatever occasion think again. They will make an excuse for the mistake, wipe off the icing and throw it together how it should have been done in the first place with no care in the world. Like wake up ffs absolutely ridiculous!

Store is understaffed, disorganized and the staff is very rude. The only reason i might come back is because of the handsome italian gentleman named Jacob in the seafood department.

Wanted to shoutout Derek and his wonderful team at Sobeys that led an interactive tour of the store to our group of campers. A truly unforgettable experience.

We often go to this location to do our groceries. Prices are competitive. 6$ broccolis seems to be the norm in Ontario. Everyting is so damn expensive everywhere. Store is clean and well organized though. Would return because we need to eat ? and it is a convenient location for us.

Bought 3 pieces of organic salmon there on July 03rd expiration date was July 4th. Was going to cook it for dinner. Came home and found it was already expired, the smell was awful, steaks were addled. They sell spoiled food and label them as special. Would return it but 1 hour drive is too much. Had to throw it out.

Had everything I was looking for... Logically organized with very nice staff. The only thing they didn't have were La Seor peas. Wrong!! Actually they had them... I was searching with my "man eyes" ?

Spoiled meat, Vegetables and fruits either missing or rotten. The shelves are often empty while the employees are there doing nothing, just talking... Basic foods often missing....
Formerly a benchmark in terms of quality... today it is extremely degraded... I think there is a glaring management problem....

Always clean and a nice store I visit every week for beer and usually a small basket of food... Trudy at the front is always very nice and helpful... ??

This is by far the best grocery store that there is.There is so many choices of all kinds of products.The produce is always so fresh and plentiful. The bakery is second to none,I was blown away by the beautiful cakes that they decorate on site.The hot deli has ready to take home meals and sides and prepared salads etc.Weather you just want a sandwich or a take home meal they offer lots of choice.All the other departments are always well socked as well .The fresh meats are also very well aged as well,you can tell the difference from other stores.The store is always clean and in order.The staff are polite and helpful and kind.Visiting this store is a real treat for me.

Great service, everything is stocked and they have a lot of options.
But the prices are getting stupid. Veggie tray for $48? Highway robbery.
