I arrived with an old paint container and ask them to match the color. Lady as the front desk matched it and answered my questions. While preparing the paint second person at desk got me my ceiling paint. Super efficient team and they took the old paint. 15-20 mins flat. 5/5

The worst customer service at tool rental especially from Bryan . I rented a concrete saw the tool did not work what so ever .. i complained about it they chatted me $66 dollars extra for bring the tool back dirty. So much for being a pro member.
Stay away from there tool rental department.

I attended this location today to obtain items for my project, which involved a stop at the ProDesk. It was there that I was met by, Jordan.
In a typical fashion "everyone showed up at the same time", causing a natural pressure at the ProDesk. Jordan was quick to "triage" customers from big orders to small orders in managing them efficiently, all while communicating her intent clearly.
Jordan was pleasant in helping me with ordering the items I needed for my project. She paid close attention to detail, offered solutions throughout our interaction (even knew the exact aisle to check) and all while assisting coworkers/other customers that required her assistance. Jordan even went out of her way to grab me before I left the store, helping me ensure I had everything I needed for my project.
Thanks Jordan, HomeDepot should be proud.

This store has gone downhill rapidly over the past five years. Poorly stocked shelves, no cashiers, no floor staff for assistance, and very dirty.

I've wasted a few trips driving there with my list of lumber only to find a bunch of stuff is either unavailable (because website stock is inaccurate) or inaccessible because no one is around to operate the forklift. Very frustrating, waste of time.

Was recently in there for just a BBQ mat and there was a clearance…
It was this past Saturday, the old man getting it all setup was so kind and helpful. Advised me that even there is clearance it’s 90 day return :)
The lady at self checkout was friendly as well
