We are from out of province and needed to get a prescription filled. There was someone who answered the phone immediately. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process.Way easier and more helpful than dealing with one of the big chain pharmacies.

The best pharmacy around. The pharmacist takes pride in his work, and is genuinely interested in taking care of you and your family as clients. I couldn’t ask for more. Such curtesy and professionalism. He remembers who you are, and what you’re medications are by first name bases. Amazing! Thank you

Professional and excellent service. They deserve more than 5 ⭐. All in one place: nurse; doctor (virtual) and pharmacist ????. No need to book an appointment with a doctor in a clinic or wait 7hrs+++ in Emergency to see a doctor for a cream or an antibiotic.You come and you speak with a nurse/doctor and your medication is ready in less than 20min. They were very nice; polite and patient with me. Thank you for your excellent services.

The service at pharmacy was excellent!!!! We had to stay longer in Ottawa than we thought and one of my husband's prescription ran out. The pharmacist made all the arrangements for the transfer of the prescription and kept me updated. Merciiii beaucoup!!!

Excellent service from the pharmacist, who went out of his way to get a needed prescription item for us quickly when my usual large pharmacy wasn’t willing to make the effort. He made calls, got the item, and called me to let me know it was ready. There was no problem using my insurance up front for payment. A very positive experience from this local small business.
