My relative bought a couple of bags during the sales period around new year, she paid $73 dollars after 70% discount according to sales girl . 3 days ago a neighbour bought the same bags at 45 dollars at 50% discount according to what the sales girl told my neighbor. I can not wrap my head around this type of creative math. Any way we tried to get a price match from the store but was refused claiming that 45 sales price was just one day event . One star because not possible to rate less.

Was just there a few minutes ago, Not very helpful, It felt like she had a lot more better things to do than serve a customer, I never felt so insignificant going into this store, I would not tell my friends, families, colleagues, or even strangers to shop here. Such a bad experience. Would’ve given a zero star If I had to.

Some of the staff behind the counter has zero customer service , because one of them I had arguments with of the arrogant customers. Above of that her respond to the incident was un appropriate. Pick your stuff carefully and train them.

Went to this location to return shoes. An associate came out of the back, but she apparently didn’t know how to do returns. She said her manager was the only one working who could do them and she was somewhere else in the mall.I had to ask the associate to call the manager twice to come back to the store to do the return. I wasn’t going to leave and come back another day because this had been the third time in the past month I’ve tried to return these shoes at this location, the first two times their system was apparently “down” and couldn’t do returns.I went outside the store and waited 15-minutes until the manager came back. When she returned, I asked why the only associate in the store wasn’t able to do returns. The manager then told me they “Don’t teach part-timers to do returns.” She then said she was on her break, and had to go pick up “hair supplies” and that she’s still technically on her break. At this point I was annoyed because she was suggesting she was doing me a favour by coming back to do her job. I said I find it ridiculous that this scenario was even happening, I’ve never had customer service like this. She said “Am I not allowed to have a break?” I said there should be someone here who’s capable of handling a return at all times. She continued to argue with me and never apologized.I said I can’t believe this is how she is with a customer and she responded with, “I can’t believe we have rude customers like you.” I never called her out of her name, I expressed that I was annoyed with the entire situation. I asked for her name and she refused and told me she wasn’t obligated to give it to me. She then threw the receipt to me instead of handing it over.On the receipt it says “Today you were served by MaKhenna.”Never in my life have I experienced such awful customer service. I’ve already sent in a complaint to their head office. I hope they actually address it because I can’t believe there’s people like this working in management positions. Extremely unprofessional

Never been talked to so rudely for just asking about a return policy on a necklace. Made me feel like a criminal just for asking. When I walked in, an employee was standing there looking like she was waiting for customers. There was no one there except my friends and I but the employee didn’t even look us in the eye. She didn’t even acknowledge us. Idk why. Maybe it was racism but I wasn’t happy about it. Customer service is non existent here.

They won’t answer the phone. I was just in store and it was EMPTY. This place is a joke. The staff seems unprofessional considering I have been attempting to cal them for HOURS.

To say the least- horrible! I wish I can give -5 stars. The “store manager” Khadija is unprofessional and condescending. Terrible service and the way she treated me, I am sure is not the first time as you can see from the reviews.

"Be right back!" For almost an hour. Unbelievably unprofessional. This store is closed when it should e open. I saw several customers come in front of the door and walk away due to nobody being inside. Terrible, I need to return some shoes and now I will ha e to go to another store since this one is a joke. Stay away.

Store staff need more trainning to deal with customers. Staff member of aldo name is Dija, not providing proper customer service and giving rude and nonsense excuses. I strongly recommend to give proper trainning to staff specially how to talk and deal with customer. I wish i can give you minus stars.
