I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone. How do you mess up a totally accessible fuel line that is in a straight line? Lasted less than 3 weeks before it started spraying fuel all over my engine.
Took it to another shop where they repaired it **FOR FREE** because it was so simple for them. Said they had no idea what the guys at Apex were trying to do with that hose.
There are many other issues but I don't need the back and forth nonsense. This is cut and dry SHODDY WORK. Inexcusable.
There are tons of other shops you can take your vehicle to.
EDIT: Careful with your BS reply because I can post pictures and get into more details as well. Don't bother wasting your time typing out emotional excuses like you reply to every other review with.

They stole the cooling fan from my radiator, but I didn't notice until a year later.
It was during a service to change the thermostat housing in my Jetta. Look up my name in your service records and will see I'm not making this up.
And don't tell me you forgot to put it back. And then you just have some random cooling fan sitting in your garage??
You did some work on my car before which was good, but after this I am doing everything myself because clearly mechanics cannot be trusted.
Reply to your reply: How comical indeed. It must have fallen of?. You're saying I randomly decided to pick a part from my car and accuse you of stealing it? You are saying I'm a Joker or Troll? You're saying that my entire story is false even though you confirmed the service? Your level of unprofessionalism is just staggering. But don't worry, people will read your reply and think even less of you.
When you lose customers it will be comical.

Parts department is rude
Could have some empathy when they order the wrong parts, they really do not care.

I dropped my truck off for tire alignment, as I was sitting there I notice the counter guy Zoltan took my truck off the lot I questioned where he was going after giving it some time to see if it was just around the block. He then pulled my truck back into the parking lot just as I was going to leave NOT the bay for work. He says it's part of the service to see if the alignment was off or not and to "check" for noises. I told him that to be done after the machine tests it and that his opinion is irrelevant b4 hand as the machine tells you how to fix it. Also quick note, between king and bond and the streets king and bond with all the lights short distance and poor roads you'd never be able to get a good assessment to begin with. This was a job that probably didn't even need to be done but I got new tires and figured it should be to be safe. Also what good does it do to have the counter guy check my truck when he's not the one to do the alignment (I assume) the other member of their team came out gave me $5 for the gas and I took it and my truck and left. Lots of red flags pop up. Maybe ppl will read this and think I'm wrong, that's OK it just felt very wrong that the counter guy took my truck didn't drive it into the bay and they seemed very nervous even giving me $5... if it was legit why "pay me off" or maybe they were trying to make it right but it didn't seem like it. In a wolrd where machines do the alignment a pre drive seemed unwarranted especially given the location and road conditions. That's my two cents took it to another shop who said no a pre test is not needed bit would test it after which makes sense to me. Ultimately the wrong guy drove it and didn't bring it into the bay when he was done, so it seems fishy as hell. Fair warning.

Needed some work done on my car and was referred to Apex. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I've had. The staff was pleasant to speak to. I was in and out in no time.

My father used to go to this auto shop and introduced me to this shop when I bought my car. For years, they have been servicing my car. They are knowledgeable and fair. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. The service managers over the years have been fantastic, coming out to look at small things when I just dropped by.
