“I had someone come into my lane and sideswipe the the rear passenger section of my brand new 4 month old truck which I was extremely upset about. My insurance recommended this Carstar location to me so I gave them a shot. From the beginning communications with Danielle all the way to the end with Vas and his team doing the repairs, I was very happy with the end results.
I only use my personal mechanic for all of my vehicles but had to use a dealership for one my cars warranty repairs this past year and they ended up damaging 2 wheels and the front bumper and not even have the courtesy to admit they did it. Just gave my key back and hoped I wouldn't notice which I did, I won't mention the dealership as they did rectify the situation by paying for all repairs (I did not want them fixing it so they just paid). Anyways, this is to say, I don't trust anyone except my mechanic but Vas was great and walked around my vehicle with me and any little smudge I noticed, he cleaned on the spot which was no actual damage, just residue and whatnot.”
