“I was skeptical at first because none of their reviews mentioned Audi. My A6 needed a transmission fluid refill and an oil change. This wasn't a straightforward job because the A6 has a 'lifetime' transmission fluid and refilling it was a difficult DIY project that even the Audi dealership told me they don't do it. Tomlin Knight still managed to finish the job the same day. I drove my car for 3 weeks before writing this review and I'm happy to report that my car shifts so smoothly ever since. Communication was very professional from the first time I spoke to Chris to picking up where I got a bit of a discount for having a CAA membership. I now have a new go to shop closer to home. They spent 30 mins looking at it including a test drive and told me the issues they saw. I tried to give them $100 for their help but they wouldn’t take it.
