“I have always had excellent customer service from Doug and his team. I brought my 2004 Ford Focus in for muffler work and Doug found an inexpensive solution to the problem. The dealership was 3x as much. Since I wasn't planning on holding onto the car much longer, I was pleased to spend less money. When I bought a 2007 Kia mini-van, I took it into Doug's for a once-over to see if they could see any problems before my warranty with the dealership was up. They found no problems and didn't charge me for the 45 minutes they spent looking at the car. I continue to go to Doug's because I believe they are honest and reliable.”

“got my 1995 Isuzu trooper treated with fluid film through here, they apply it on thick and stand by this product! owner and staff were professional and easy goingmy trooper hasn't seen any undercoating since being in Ontario and they did a great jobthey even took the extra time to do the inside of the frame and crossmembers.. all you have to do is ask and they won't charge much more for a complete service.fluid film is an outstanding product, it's worth the extra money going here than going to your local Krown or rust check. I've seen trucks done at Krown locations and they always miss spots, not the case here! thanks guys”
