Absolutely Delightful experience. Went into Bath and Body Works yesterday, Thursday befire Black Friday stampede.Store was beautifully decorated! Displays were visually appealingly arranged to keep you fascinated!Store was clean. Staff warm and friendly and an atmosphere to keep you lingering.

Good staff but this one women name Meg is very rude and always looks unhappy manager really should change this women. She does not look like she wants to work there. Very rude and un polite. She needs to learn to be humble.

The Staff are very helpful ...but MAN! the people that shop there just stand there in your way...like as if they're the only ones there or something....move along people!
