I had a warranty replacement issue with a shower unit. I dealt with Joe and he was excellent! He helped me order the replacement part from Bath Depot online and followed up within a few weeks with a personal phone call. Great customer service and a really nice guy to deal with.

Joseph was a great help, we have ordered complete washroom set from this location and I must say Joseph and team helped us to select everything nicely and answered all our questions in a great way.
