I am trying to my future laptop and your employee almost forced me to pay for Best Buy coverage for montly 33dollars. He also offered discount. Many times I told him, I don't need this. He didn't understand. I told him 3 times that I want to buy this as this price. I don't need any device coverage insurace or plan.He also doesn't know apple products. He told me that I need to buy additional power adapter for my mac book pro. I told him that I already have one. When I open the box, surpriseee!!! There is one power adaptor and cable inside. He doesn't know anything and he made me tired while he is speaking. I just wanted to buy laptop, I didn't come there to listen any drama for if any accident happen to my future macbook. I am not a kid or old lady, I am aware of how to use laptop huh? It was so disappointed that time. And one time he was about to be rude but he changed his words, I didn't miss it.I hope You don't force your costumers to sell best buy protection coverage. Nobody has to buy it.

Amazing customer service by two employees. Austin ,head of mobile and Ken, store lead. We went on Friday for phones and the portal was down so Ken took our names and set the phones aside. When we went on Saturday Ken came up to us and said we would be served next so we didn't have to wait in line. He took us to a different area so the other customers wouldn't think we skipped the line. When the numbers wouldn't port Austin came over to help and found a way to create an account while there was a temporary port request from another try at a different store. Austin also said we could go home as it took a while (no fault of his) and he would get the port finished for us. Both employees really went above and beyond. I will recommend this store to all my friends.

Marc and Brenan are amazing floor support techs. They not only helped me with confusion around TVs but also gave me an amazing cheaper option to go with. Explained the difference and gave their insightful opinion about the TVs. Thanks, Marc and Brenan.

Take advantage of a geek squad membership, and get a warranty. If anything ever happens to your product, you can skip the mundane process of the warranty and go there locally.This is a great time save for the customer. The staff there are usually willing to help. The manager is always busy, so you can tell they run a tight ship there.Yes some employees are less knowledgeable than others, but they aren't supposed to be tech experts. Most likely they will redirect you to someone with more knowledge, or look it up.

DO NOT waste your time and money here. The associates don’t know anything. Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I would've like to give it 0 stars if that was possible. Their employees sell you things that you don’t need based on lies and then when you go to get the issue fixed they tell you something else. The manager is extremely rude. He doesn’t have proper manners to talk to customers. He didn’t even bother to listen to what my situation was. I will never go back to this location and I will make sure that no family or friends go there either. There are other places that treat you with respect and have good service that I would rather give business too.

Talked to customer service about ink for a certain model of printer. Guy gave me the wrong cartridge and now according to online customer service I cannot return it. Wasted 40$ thanks to this, will not be returning.

Rude service by Ben ! When we said that we would look forward with other places he threw the documents in front of us ! And also he was so rudely straight forward ! I didn’t like his service at all ! Not recommended ! Customer has option and right to go anywhere I don’t appreciate his gesture towards us !

Couldn't even shop in store. 11am to 7pm are your hours? Sad that the average bank has better hours. Very inconvenient.

I went to buy Sony XR75X90K but wasn’t sure if 75inch tv would fit my space so the sales rep recommended site inspection which cost me 110 bucks which he said would be adjusted once I opt for geek installation. With the site visit they suggested I should go for 65inch so I went back to store and was about to order XR65X90K which is when the sales rep told me they would charge 80 bucks more for delivery. I told him that I could get a better deal from Costco with 2yrs warranty and installation only for $40. But the best he could do was free delivery if i purchased additional warranty which would cost be another 200-300 bucks. I said no and they seemed least interested to get the business. I have been to Best Buy in the US and they are very competitive over there. Feels to me that they are waiting for the shop to close.

Carmen on the geek squad is a very courteous young gentleman who helped me with my issue quickly and efficiently.. was very friendly not just to me but the lady before me.... great asset to the store!
