While working, they actually found two other small chips I hadn't noticed and fixed them at no extra charge through my insurance. I mainly spoke with Jack — he was VERY professional, easy to work with, and incredibly reassuring. I was hesitant at first since this was my first time dealing with a windshield repair (I’ve ALWAYS gone to a shop), but he walked me through everything and answered ALL of my questions. He was very responsive, and their team kept me updated throughout the entire process.
They came right to my home, which was extremely convenient, and did an AMAZING job. I was honestly impressed. The technicians were so patient, especially since it took some time to adjust the car in my smaller garage. Even with the rain, they still made it work seamlessly with their expertise.
