How is anyone supposed to know your holiday hours without going to the store and wasting their times? You didn’t update your google hours, didn’t update your website for holiday hours, and no one picks up the phone to tell if it’s open or not. The voicemail doesn’t even tell you.

we are representatives of innovar homes ltd. I bought a machine assisted by the attendant who informed me that the machine was the best on the market for removing propcorn, it turns out that it does not vacuum with the vacuum plugged into it at all, nor does it sand the ceiling to remove the propcorn, the machine is no good , I returned to this store to change the machine, and they informed me that they do not change it, I bought it on Friday and today is Monday, there are 2 days and they do not want to change it, by law we have the right to exchange electronic products during the 7 days, I'm feeling cheated with the service and the store, because the product is expensive they don't want to change it, I'll look for my rights, I'll go to the court, I can spend whatever money, but they won't deceive anyone anymore

I bought a drywall sander from this store last Friday (December 10) the machine have problems I did go there to return it and the said no returns, by law they need to take the machine back if the client buy the stuff by mistake the client have the right to return seven(7) daysIm very disappointed, don’t buy stuff from them over $50 because they won’t take back, the drywall sander was over $300 for nothing.Bad store ever
