They don’t know how to serve the customers they make the things too complicated that wing your time and at the end they don’t know what to do and how to process the things that you need. I have not seen such a bad bank branch so far, the employees and especially the manager are not well-versed in the banking system, it is very very bad, I will close my account and move to another bank

Caroline at the front desk was absolutely awful. Was just asking for help and made me feel as though I was illiterate. All she had to say was that she couldn't help me, but instead she belittled me. I don't recommend this branch. Terrible service.
