“Great Ladies, been dealing with these ladies for about 30 years ( since it was National bank). They have always been great to deal with bending over backwards to please. I now drive about 50 Km to deal with them.Has anyone dealt with a bank lately? all the bank wants to do is charge you gross fees and bad service”

“Just had a meeting with Meet Patel. We were under the impression our appointment was for 4:30pm which turned out it was actually at 4pm. When we got there we were met with nothing but complete hospitality. No questions why we were late or complaining about us arriving late. While we were in the meeting Meet answered every question in detail without any hesitations or attitude. He made our family feel taken care of.
He talked to our son with the utmost respect.
I highly recommend Meet Patel. The amount of knowledge he communicates to you is incredible and doesn’t go right over our heads. He is professional but has a very personal touch. I wish RBC had more staff like this.
