“Came into this branch to open a new account for my daughter and had the pleasure with dealing with Drashti Patal being our customer service personnel. Drashti was not only friendly, she was also quick and accurate with setting the account up. We got in 10 mins earlier then our scheduled appointment time and was out within 15 mins. Again, Drashti was professional and had a great impression as my daughter's first banking interaction.”

“I can not express how wonderful this branch is. Nicole the teller is extremely personable and friendly and makes baking here enjoyable. Brandon the bank manager always ask how my kids are when I go in and treats me like family. This is honestly one the best branches in Durham region”

“I had read complaints about the service at Desjardins but experienced non of that. I had dealt with Mohammed, who was friendly while being very professional. If you want the feeling of being just another client then go to one of the Big 5 banks, but if you want to have a pleasant friendly experience then give Desjardins a try.”

“Went in on Monday requesting to book a savings account appointment. The lady I spoke with was wonderful and she set me up for today (Thursday). Showed up, saw Temitope right at my designated time slot. He set up the account for me perfectly and in great time as well. As a student I feel totally comfortable with this specific branch of TD. Love it.”
