“Honestly, the place is pretty great, BUT if you don’t know what you want beforehand, don’t expect to get a whole lot of insight from staff, they’re busy and they’re just trying to get through customers. If you know what you want beforehand and you can check on their website I recommend it but if you don’t know what you want I’d do my research first.”

“Amazing customer service by two employees. Austin ,head of mobile and Ken, store lead. We went on Friday for phones and the portal was down so Ken took our names and set the phones aside. When we went on Saturday Ken came up to us and said we would be served next so we didn't have to wait in line. He took us to a different area so the other customers wouldn't think we skipped the line. When the numbers wouldn't port Austin came over to help and found a way to create an account while there was a temporary port request from another try at a different store. Austin also said we could go home as it took a while (no fault of his) and he would get the port finished for us. Both employees really went above and beyond. I will recommend this store to all my friends.”
